Requirements: Exploring Creation with Zoology 2: Swimming Creatures of the Fifth Day (Apologia)

                        3-ring binder, pencil/pen, scissors, colored pencils (the more colors, the

                        better), glue stick, glue

Fee: $20 for copying and supplies

In this class, we will cover aquatic animals including whales, seals and sea cows, aquatic herps, primeval reptiles, fish, sharks and rays, crustaceans, mollusks, cephalopods, echinoderms, cindarians, etc.  Students will be expected to read from the above book during the week.  In class, we will be doing worksheets, experiments, and hands-on projects to go along with the reading.  We will also be making an ocean box to display models of the animals we discuss in class.  A couple of field trips may be offered.
